Mike Shirinian

A Bay Area native raised in a family of restaurateurs, Mike has led Elbow Room since 1994 with a philosophy centered on hospitality and quality. Under his guidance, Elbow Room has flourished, earning national acclaim for its wine list, launching the Elbow Room Market, and setting the gold standard for guest service in Fresno.

Daniel brings deep industry experience and a shared commitment to preserving the integrity of the Elbow Room legacy. He plays a key role in leading daily operations and ensuring the guest experience remains seamless and special.

Chef Eric Rodriguez

A Le Cordon Bleu graduate and former chef at San Francisco’s Fairmont Hotel, Eric brings elevated comfort to our bar-and-grill fare. From Filet Mignon Meatloaf to seasonal innovations, his thoughtful approach delivers flavor and flair in every dish

THE BEGINNING 

Elbow Room opens its doors in Fresno, quickly becoming a beloved local hangout known for its steak sandwich and laid-back vibe.
